Creating a status
Prerequisites
- Access to the File > Status (PR050) menu.
- SoftExpert Audit as part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
Introduction
Adding statuses allows for defining the conditions and controls that can be assigned to projects that have automation integrated with SoftExpert Audit. These statuses help track the specific situations of each project, providing greater control over their progress and conformity.
All possible statuses that will be used to qualify and monitor audit projects must be created through the Status (PR050) menu.
Creating a status
1. Access the File > Status (PR050) menu.
2. Click on the toolbar button.
3. Enter an ID # and a name for the status.
4. In the Component field, select the "Audit" option. The other fields will be automatically filled in with the object and the operation that will be performed.
5. In the Icon field, select the image that will represent the status.
6. Click on the button to enable the Control tab.
7. In the Control tab, check the controls that will be enabled in the project schedule and in the project tasks with the associated status.
8. Click on the button to finish the record.

Conclusion
Once statuses are added, they can be assigned to projects that have audit automation enabled, strengthening operational control and ensuring greater visibility over each initiative.
