Creating a strategy
Prerequisite
- Access to the File > Strategy (PR006) menu.
Introduction
Strategies aimed at responding to risks are essential to properly handle situations that may impact the objectives of a project. There are strategies meant for both negative risks (threats), which seek to mitigate or eliminate undesired effects, and positive risks (opportunities), which intend to boost beneficial outcomes.
All the strategies that may be associated with risks identified in projects must be created through the Strategy menu, which allows for a more proactive management, in alignment with the good practices for risk management.
This menu will only be displayed if SoftExpert Risk is NOT part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
