  • Access to the View > Financial schedule (PR023) menu.
  • Access to the View > Financial entry (PR024) menu.
  • Access to the View > Task (PR021) menu.
  • Access to the View > Portfolio (PR022) menu.
  • Access to the View > Program (PR055) menu.
  • Access to the View > Project (PR020) menu.
  • Access to the View > To-do tasks (PR060) menu.

 

Introduction

View menus are provided to facilitate control over records and the display of saved information.

Financial schedule

It allows for viewing the costs, revenues, and gross margins of projects, programs, portfolios, and nonproject tasks in a certain period.

1. Access the View > Financial schedule (PR023) menu.

2. In the Visions field on the toolbar, it is possible to see budgeted, estimated, rescheduled, actual, or comparative values.

3. In the search filters, it is possible to filter records by Period and by Type (as to project, task, cost, or revenue).

4. Advanced filters can be added through the button.

5. When the button is expanded, analyses referring to costs and revenues, and to resources' costs and revenues can be conducted.

 
 

Financial entry

It allows for viewing the costs and revenues of projects, programs, portfolios, and nonproject tasks.

1. Access the View > Financial entry (PR024) menu.

2. In the Visions toolbar field, it is possible to view costs or revenues.

3. In the search filters, it is possible to filter records by Period and by Type (as to cost or revenue).

4. Advanced filters can be added through the button.

5. To view the data of a record, simply select it and click on the button.

6. When the button is expanded, analyses referring to costs and revenues can be conducted in the selected record.

 
 

Task

It allows for viewing nonproject tasks and project tasks created in the system.

1. Access the View > Task (PR021) menu.

2. In the Visions toolbar field, it is possible to select the Summary or Details option. The "Details" option displays a more comprehensive view of the records.

3. In the search filters, it is possible to filter records by Type (as to task or request).

4. Advanced filters can be added through the button.

5. To view the data of a record, simply select it and expand the button. It is possible to view the data of an object or project.

6. Click on the button to perform analyses in the records.

7. Click on the button to view the project schedule of the task.

 
 

Portfolio

It allows for viewing portfolios created in the system and analyzing their indicators.

1. Access the View > Portfolio (PR022) menu.

2. In the Visions toolbar field, it is possible to select a summary, resource, result, or deadline vision. 

3. In the search filters, it is possible to filter records by Portfolio type.

4. Advanced filters can be added through the button.

5. To view the data of a record, simply select it and click on the button. 

6. Click on the button to view the schedule of the portfolio.

 
 

Program

It allows for viewing the programs created in the system.

1. Access the View > Program (PR055) menu.

2. In the Visions toolbar field, it is possible to select a summarized, detailed, deadline, resource, or result vision. 

3. In the search filters, it is possible to filter records by Program type.

4. Advanced filters can be added through the button.

5. To view the data of a record, simply select it and click on the button.

6. Click on the button to view the schedule of the program.

 
 

Project

It allows for viewing the projects created in the system.

1. Access the View > Task (PR021) menu.

2. In the Visions toolbar field, it is possible to select a summarized, detailed, time, cost, revenue, and gross margin vision.

3. In the search filters, it is possible to filter records by Type (as to project or request).

4. Advanced filters can be added through the button.

5. To view the data of a record, simply select it and click on the button.

6. Click on the button to perform analyses in the records.

7. Click on the button to view the schedule of the project

 
 

To-do tasks

It allows for viewing the to-do tasks of SoftExpert Project users.

1. Access the View > To-do tasks (PR060) menu.

2. In the Task type section of the Search filters panel, click on Select task type.

3. On the screen that will open, fill in the desired filters and click on SEARCH.

4. Check or uncheck the task types shown and click on Apply.

5. Then, the tasks of the selected type will be displayed on the list of results.

6. Select the desired to-do task and expand the button to view its data or the data of the project.
