SoftExpert Portfolio tasks
Prerequisite
- Access the Task Center or the My Tasks menu.
Presentation
The system generates records for users to perform specific actions, called tasks. These are divided into two categories: Execution and Monitoring.
Follow-up tasks do not need to be performed by the user, although they are responsible for them. SoftExpert Portfolio does not have follow-up tasks.
On the other hand, execution tasks need to be completed by the user within a defined timeframe.

Execution tasks
| Who receives | Members of the team responsible for supporting the initiative, as defined in the initiative type. |
| When | After the initiative was approved. |
| Purpose | Allow the responsible team members to initiate the development of a project or associate the initiative with a project already registered in SoftExpert Project. |
| Who receives | Members of the approval roadmap associated with the initiative. |
| When | After the evaluation of the initiative is finalized. |
| Purpose | Allow for the approval or rejection of the initiative's implementation, based on the evaluation results. |
| Who receives | Responsible for handling the request, as defined by its type or at the time of its issuance. For this task to be generated, the SoftExpert Request component must be part of the solutions acquired by the organization. |
| When | The issuance/approval stage (as configured) has been completed by the appropriate parties in the SoftExpert Request component. |
| Purpose | Register new initiatives in the system that meet the requested needs. |
| Who receives | Evaluation roadmap members associated with the initiative. |
| When | After the initiative's planning is finalized. |
| Purpose | Evaluate the feasibility of the initiative under different scenarios, taking into account the data from the financial table associated with the type of initiative. |
