Prerequisites

• Access the menu Execution > Receiving or Execution > Production .
• Access to some of the stages of receiving: identification, inspection, qualification and release.
• Receiving order created or production inspection created.

Presentation

To make non-conformity reporting faster and more integrated, SoftExpert Inspection provides a Non-conformity section , allowing the user to create the record directly on the execution screen, without having to switch between menus. 

This article will use the example of a receipt in the identification stage; however, it is important to note that the procedure is the same in all other stages of the receiving process.

Register receiving non-conformity

1. Access the Execution > Receipt: Identification (IP010) menu .

2. In the filters panel, click SEARCH and select a record.

3. Click the button .

4. On the screen that opens, access the Non-conformity section .

5. In the window that opens, the following buttons will be available:

	Allows you to add new records to track non-conformities. To define which component the non-conformity will be tracked in, click the arrow next to the button and select the desired option: “Ad-hoc”, “Action plan” or “Workflow”.
	Allows you to change the data of the recorded non-conformities.
	Allows you to remove a selected record from the list.
	Displays a legend indicating the record's status, considering the type of nonconformity and the period in which it was recorded.
	Allows you to reload the data screen.

6. Click the button to finish.

Record production inspection non-conformity.

1. Access the Execution > Production menu: Production Inspection (IP063).

2. In the filters panel, click SEARCH and select a record.

3. Click the button .

4. On the screen that opens, access the Non-conformity section.

5. In the window that opens, the following buttons will be available:

	Allows you to add new records to track non-conformities. To define which component the non-conformity will be tracked in, click the arrow next to the button and select the desired option: “Ad-hoc”, “Action plan” or “Workflow”.
	Allows you to change the data of the recorded non-conformities.
	Allows you to remove a selected record from the list.

6. Click the button to finish.
