Executing an asset event

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Execution > Maintenance > Check-in from calibration (AS009), Check-in from maintenance (AS026), Check-in from usage (AS025), Check-out for calibration (AS010), Check-out for maintenance (AS024), and Check-out for usage (AS027) menus.
  • Previously created asset with the event that will be executed already configured.

Introduction

The event execution menu is divided into check-out and check-in events:

The check-out menus allow the asset to be moved for calibration, maintenance, and usage, without the need for reservation.

The check-in menus gather the assets that have been checked out for calibration, maintenance, and usage, regardless of whether the check-outs were registered from the Execution > Maintenance > Check-out menu without reservation, or from the Execution > Asset reservation (AS023) menu through reservation.

The menu on which the record will be available, as well as the task that will be generated, depend on the event type of the reservation or of the check-out. For example, if the reservation or check-out was made for an asset maintenance event, its record will be available on the Execution > Event > Check-in from maintenance (AS026) menu, and the Check-in from usage to-do task will be generated.
