Customizing system tokens
Prerequisite
- Access to the Configuration > Customize > Token (CM025) menu.
Introduction
SoftExpert Configuration provides a menu in which it is possible to change a default token used in a SoftExpert Suite component to a customized token.
It is important to highlight that any changes made to tokens will be viewed by all users in your organization that access SoftExpert Suite in the language of the customized token.
In order for token customizations to be applied, the SoftExpert Suite service must be restarted. Then, after the desired tokens are customized, ask the administrator to restart the system.

Customizing a token
1. Access the Configuration > Customize > Token (CM025) menu.
2. In the Search filters, select the component to which the desired token refers.
3. Click on the 
button.
4. On the window that will open, select the default token you wish to customize.
5. Enter the new customized token that will replace the selected default token.
6. Click on the 
button.
The Language field shows the SoftExpert Suite language in which the token will be applied.
The token will be customized only for this language, that is, if SoftExpert Suite is accessed in a different language, the default token will be shown in the corresponding language.
