Prerequisites

• Access to the Configuration > License key (CM009) menu.
• Previously created license key.

Introduction

SoftExpert Configuration allows for migrating access groups and external users across different license keys.

See how to perform this operation:

Migrating access

1. Access the Configuration > License key (CM009) menu.

2. Click on the Access migration button.

3. Select the former key whose access groups and external users you wish to migrate.

4. Click on the Next step button.

5. Select the new key to which the data will be migrated.

6. Click on the Next step button.

7. Double check the migration data and click on the Confirm migration button.

Conclusion

All done! The access groups and external users will be migrated from one key to another.
