Prerequisites

• Access the Management > Item x Customer association (IT013) menu.
• Access the Management > Item x Manufacturer association (IT014) menu.
• Access the Management > Item x Supplier association (IT014) menu.
• Customer previously registered.
• Manufacturer previously registered.
• Supplier previously registered.

Introduction

After registering customers, manufacturers, and suppliers, it will be possible to directly link them to the item through the association menus.

This menu serves as an alternative for registering the link between items and their customers, manufacturers, and suppliers, since this association can also be made in the Companies tab of the item data screen.

See below how to associate an item with its customer, manufacturer, and supplier:

Associate item with customer

1. Access the Management > Item x Customer association (IT013) menu.

2. Select the desired item.

3. In the second quadrant, click the button in the sidebar toolbar to add the client.

4. On the screen that will open, fill in the required field Client and the other optional fields.

5. Finally, click the button to save the changes.

Associate item with manufacturer

1. Access the Management > Item x Manufacturer Association (IT014) menu.

2. Select the desired item.

3. In the second quadrant, click the button in the side toolbar to include the manufacturer.

4. On the screen that will open, fill in the manufacturer, the item's reference code, and the model.

5. Finally, click the button to save the changes.

Associate item with supplier

1. Access the Management > Item x Supplier Association (IT014) menu.

2. Select the desired item.

3. In the second quadrant, click the button in the side toolbar to add the supplier.

4. On the screen that will open, fill in the supplier, the reference, and the item description.

5. Finally, click the button to save the changes.
