  • Access to the Data source management > Data source history (DI005) menu.

 

Introduction

The feature provided by the Data source history menu seeks to enable control and visibility over the execution of the REST data sources and the SOAP web services

By simplifying the detection of problems during the creation of integrations and their executions, this feature contributes to improving the efficiency of the integration process.

From this menu, it is possible to filter information through various criteria, such as type, origin, method, status, start date, end date, and party responsible for the execution

This resource facilitates the identification of specific problems and the analysis of the root causes, which allows for an informed decision-making towards resolution.

Viewing the data source history

1. Access the Data source management > Data source history (DI005) menu.

2. Click on the Filters button next to the search field and select the desired values for the view.

3. Click on the Search button. At this point, the records will be displayed according to the filters.

4. Select a data source and click on the button to view its data. It is also possible to access the View data option by right-clicking on the desired record.

5. Once the View data option is clicked, some fields will be made available to display data:

All data By expanding the All data section, it is possible to view a JSON with all the data source's information, including the authentication type, the request header, the request content, the response header, the response content, the URL, the name of the method used, the request status, etc.
Error description The Error description section will only be available if the selected data source has presented problems during the creation of integrations or during their execution.
Service data This section details the following data:
   • URL
   • Origin
   • Performed by
   • Waiting time (in minutes)
   • Authentication
Request This section details the following data:
   • Request content
   • Request header
Response This section details the following data:
   • Status code
   • Response content
   • Response header
