Introduction

SoftExpert Suite provides menus that allow for creating the various data source types that can be used in the system. 

Data source records make it possible to gather, in one single environment, information originated from databases, REST services, and SOAP services.

It is possible to create database data sources, which enable direct connection to relational bases for the execution of SQL queries and the employment of data in analyses; REST data sources, which allow for integrating and consuming data exposed by web services in the REST standard; and SOAP data sources, which allow for integrating and consuming data from web services that use the SOAP protocol.
