Data integration - 3.0.0
Auditing expanded
The audit trail now records all changes made to data sources and datasets, providing greater traceability and control.
Security: encryption of SQL commands
In version 3.0, we have implemented encryption for SQL commands used in datasets, in order to protect sensitive information against possible attempts of unauthorized extraction.
Automatic integrity check for data sources
In this new version, we have added a new automatic verification that monitors:
- Use of the correct driver in the data source.
- Connection issues.
- Availability status.
SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) improvements
The SCIM has been enhanced in version 3.0 of the system with adjustments that increase the reliability of the synchronizations and facilitate error identification. See the adjustments made:
- Synchronization fix: the field relationship problem that could generate loops in synchronization flows has been solved.
- Contextual documentation: now, the main error messages include a direct link to the documentation, making it simplier to diagnose and fix errors.
New access model for consultants
In the new system version, we have implemented a simplified and secure flow to grant access to SoftExpert consultants and partners:
See how it works:
- A consultant requests access to the environment through an internal workflow.
- The request is sent by e-mail to the primary SoftExpert Suite administrator.
- Upon clicking on the request link sent by e-mail, the administrator is directed to a new approval screen.
- The administrator can approve or deny the access.
- In case of approval, the consultant's user will be created automatically with the permissions necessary for deployments and training.
Check out the main benefits of this new feature:
- Controlled and auditable process.
- Automatic creation of users with an adequate profile.
- Reduced time and administrative effort.

Import block between versions
In version 3.0, we have implemented a control that blocks the import of data sources between different system versions, ensuring the integrity and compatibility of the information.
