WhatsApp trigger removed

In SoftExpert Suite version 3.0., the Then a WhatsApp message is sent trigger has been removed from the SoftExpert Business rule (BRM) module.

This change was necessary due to configuration and permission conflicts with Meta, the company responsible for managing WhatsApp.

The other notification modes remain available, ensuring that the automation and communication flows continue working as usual.

The trigger will also be removed from versions 2.2.3 and 2.2.4.

In version 3.0, the system keeps moving forward when it comes to standardizing data management.

The Team (BR004) creation menu has been removed from SoftExpert Business rule and is now centralized in SoftExpert Administration.

This centralization makes for a simpler and more efficient user experience, allowing data maintenance to be carried out in a single place.

The result is greater consistency among the modules, as well as greater agility for those who manage or use this information in the system.
