Protocol - 3.0.0
Task center
The Task center is an evolution of the old My tasks menu, now with a more modern and efficient proposal.
Previously, the user needed to access different screens in order to execute activities such as revisions, revalidations, etc.
With the new Center, all tasks are gathered in a single optimized environment, which allows for a more fluid and centralized navigation.
This redesign brings about greater convenience to the day-to-day routine, as it allows for viewing, filtering, and executing tasks of different types in a single place.

New inbox task
The execution of the Inbox task has been renewed in the Task center for a more straightforward and intuitive process.
The functioning logic remains the same, but the visual component and the button arrangement have been updated to follow the system's new pattern. Additionally, some tokens for this task have been adjusted to represent its features more clearly.
Previously, once a protocol receiving was accepted, the execution button would be disabled, and the dispatch or closure had to be carried out through the task bar.
Now, after receiving is confirmed, the execution of the task remains active, which allows for dispatching and closing the protocol directly from the execution screen.
These improvements make the process better aligned with the operational logic, ensuring objectivity in task execution.

Deletion of duplicate menus
To simplify navigation and avoid redundancy, menus that were available in more than one place in the system have been removed.
These deletions seek to make the experience more intuitive for users, preventing them from accessing different screens to perform the same operations.
In SoftExpert Protocol version 3.0, the Inbox (PT005), Outbox (PT006), and Closure acknowledgment (PT007) menus have been deleted to avoid duplicity with the Task center.
In its turn, the Document (PT008) view menu has been deleted, since there is an identical menu in SoftExpert Document, in which this feature will remain available.
Separation of the general parameters
The General parameters (PT016) menu has been created in SoftExpert Protocol to gather the specific configurations of this module.
In order to better organize the parameterizations and simplify maintenance, the general parameters of each module have been separated from SoftExpert Document and are now available directly in their respective environment.
This change facilitates management and prevents module-specific parameters from being concentrated externally.

Menu centralization
In version 3.0, the system keeps moving forward when it comes to standardizing data management.
The Team (PT014) and Attributes (PT013) menus have been removed from SoftExpert Protocol and are now centralized in SoftExpert Administration.
This centralization makes for a simpler and more efficient user experience, allowing data maintenance to be carried out in a single place.
The result is greater consistency among the modules, as well as greater agility for those who manage or use this information in the system.
