Introduction
SPC collection via workflow allows monitoring a process; thus, it is possible to automatically obtain data directly from each instance generated by the workflow.
Data that can be obtained:
Execution time: Records the time for the conclusion of a specific activity or the whole instance. In this case, the value can be in the format of seconds, minutes, or hours.
Obtain form field data: Fetches information entered in certain fields of the forms linked to the process activities.
Obtain attribute data: Fetches information entered in certain attributes linked to the process or process activities.
To obtain attribute data and form field data, it is necessary for the available fields to be of the Numeric type.
