SoftExpert SPC tasks
Prerequisite
- Access to the My tasks menu.
Introduction
To-do tasks are records generated for users to take certain actions. They are divided into two categories: Execution and Tracking.
Execution tasks need to be carried out by the user within a defined period.
Despite being under the responsibility of a specific user, tracking tasks do not need to be executed by them.
In SoftExpert SPC, no tracking tasks are generated.

How to execute this task:
1. Select the desired characteristic from the list of pending records.
2. Click on the 
button to open the control panel.
Most of the system-generated tasks is tracked via e-mail notifications. To guarantee the notices are received, it is necessary to set configurations referring to the e-mail server in SoftExpert Configuration.
Conclusion
As the SoftExpert SPC tasks are executed and finished, they cease to appear on the list of pending records of the task menu.
