Menu centralization

In version 3.0, the system keeps moving forward when it comes to standardizing data management. 

The Attribute (SP012), Work shift (SP016), Team (SP013), Object (SP020), and Characteristic (SP021) menus have been removed from SoftExpert SPC and are now centralized in the SoftExpert Administration module. 

This centralization makes for a simpler and more efficient user experience, allowing data maintenance to be carried out in a single place. 

The result is greater consistency among the modules, as well as greater agility for those who manage or use this information in the system.

Menu unification

New unified menu for collection execution, management, and view 

Check out the innovation in data collection management for this version: the Collection planning (SP003), Collection tracking (SP004), Collection deletion (SP023), Data collection (SP006), and View (SP007) menus of SoftExpert SPC are now gathered in a single interface, with a lighter and simpler look, which makes for a much easier access to the features. 

All options referring to planning, execution, Excel import and export, and report generation are available in just one place, so there is no need to switch between separate menus. 

To access the new unified menu, use the SP001 code in the search bar. The new interface has been developed to guide users in a clear and intuitive way through the resources. 

Features improved on the unified screen

Version 3.0 presents important usability and integration improvements on the unified sample collection screen, making for a faster, more intuitive, and more consistent process:

Data collection actions unified

The Enable data collection and Postpone data collection options are now gathered in the Change status button. 

This change simplifies data collection control, reduces operational steps, and provides a more intuitive and automated navigation.

Feature for comparing data collections

The Compare values feature, formerly available on the Data collection (SP007) screen, is now centralized in the Stratification (SP008) menu, from the "Details" vision. 

Thus, comparative analyses are concentrated on just one screen, which ensures standardization and reliability for displayed results.

Side panel for data display

The data collection characteristics have been moved to a side panel, which provides a clearer and summarized visualization of the data. Additionally, charts can be previewed directly from the same panel. 

This new arrangement improves information reading and expedites the analysis of the results, since everything is gathered in a single work environment.

AI chat to add records

Adding records through the Occurrence (SP017) menu has become much easier! 

With the new AI chat feature, you just need to write what you want with simple phrases, and the system takes care of filling everything out.

See how this feature works: 

• Type what you want in a text field, as if it was a conversation. 
• Choose among the suggestions the system will present. 
• The system will add the record automatically from the chosen example. 

General parameters with a new layout

In version 3.0, the General parameters (SP019) menu has been updated to follow the new visual pattern of the platform, bringing about a more modern and pleasant navigation. 

The content that used to be displayed in pop-up windows is now shown directly on the main screen, which provides a more integrated, intuitive, and seamless experience. 

With the new layout, the system offers greater convenience and usability, making configuration operations simpler and more efficient.

SoftExpert Document integration centralized

In version 3.0, the SoftExpert Document integration configuration linked to the general parameters of SoftExpert SPC has been moved to SoftExpert Administration, resulting in a more centralized management and a much simpler access to the system's definitions. 

Now, the Characteristic item is available in the General parameters (AD033) menu. The "Test method" configuration has been added to this section; the name "Integration with SE Document" is maintained, and full compatibility with previous codes is guaranteed for a transition that does not impact users. 

With this update, the module delivers greater consistency and standardization in information management, making existing configurations more practical and secure. 

Task center

The Task center is an evolution of the old My tasks menu, now with a more modern and efficient proposal.  

Previously, the user needed to access different screens in order to execute sample collections.  

With the new Center, all tasks are gathered in a single optimized environment, which allows for a more fluid and centralized navigation.  

This redesign brings about greater convenience to the day-to-day routine, as it allows for viewing, filtering, and executing tasks of different types in a single place.

Change in the rules for SPC task generation

In order to increase the reliability and efficiency of sample collection routines, improvements have been made to the generation, execution, and control of the module's activities. Check out the main adjustments below: 

Collection on working days 

The creation of sample collection tasks now follow the default calendar, in accordance with the working days defined in the system.  

Collection postponement 

Upon changing the status of a postponed collection, the system displays an alert requesting the user to choose whether they wish to resume the collection from where they stopped, or to start it from the date when it was reactivated.  

Alert for past due execution 

For greater execution control, the system now issues an alert when the user tries to execute an activity with delay, reporting the status without blocking the execution. 

Task creation on the execution day 

In this version, shift-based tasks are generated from the start date of the data collection, no longer for the next day. 

Additionally, the system validates the time the collection was created in order to identify the current shift, ensuring that tasks are created correctly within the corresponding interval.  

"Finished processes" control discontinued 

The frequency control based on finished processes has been removed for data collections whose object is of the "Workflow" or "Workflow activity" type.  

With these updates, SoftExpert SPC starts offering a more stable, accurate, and efficient experience, strengthening traceability and operational control for data collection routines.
