AI chat for intelligent record generation

The new AI chat lands in SoftExpert Copilot version 3.0 to make the creation process much more efficient.

Using artificial intelligence, this feature analyzes the desired context and suggests relevant and consistent records, providing options pre-filled with standardized and accurate data.

Simply ask the AI chat for recommendations to create a new record, and the system will do the heavy work for you.

This improvement ensures greater agility, efficiency, and quality for the data, in addition to reducing errors and saving time while creating and standardizing information.

The AI chat feature will only be available to organizations that are Cloud customers and have SoftExpert Copilot. 

In order for this resource to work correctly, the AI features permission must be enabled. To configure it, go to: Configuration > Access group (CM011) > Other permissions > AI features.

Analyze with AI in SoftExpert OKR

As of this version, the system contains the new Analyze with AI feature, which runs automatic analyses of existing data in the system.

Analyze with AI uses artificial intelligence to automatically interpret the progress of team-defined objectives, providing a clearer and more accurate view of the results.

This feature has been developed to make OKR evaluation more accessible, straightforward, and data-oriented, supporting strategic decisions based on actual and updated information.

The Analyze with AI resource will only be available to organizations that are Cloud customers. 

 

 

SoftExpert MCP Server

SoftExpert Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server is a new cloud service that allows artificial intelligence tools to securely access SoftExpert's data.

With it, all corporate knowledge stored in the platform can be used by AI solutions such as Claude (Anthropic), AI Copilot, and other intelligent tools in the market.

This integration expands the automation and analysis possibilities by connecting SoftExpert's intelligence to different technological ecosystems.

This new resource is available only to organizations that are Cloud customers and have SoftExpert Copilot.
