Meeting scheduling with integrated room reservation

As of version 2.2.4 of SoftExpert Suite, it is easier to reserve rooms when scheduling a meeting!

Now, it is possible to select a room created in the Resource menu and check its availability in real time. This feature prevents scheduling conflicts and allows for viewing room calendars, making for a more practical and efficient meeting organization.

A quicker and more intuitive association among components

The generic-association menu has been removed from the meeting recording main screen and is now part of the Associations menu.

Moreover, the action plan and document buttons have been reallocated to the new menu as well. Now, all established associations can be accessed in a more practical and intuitive manner, without losing already existing features.
