Alert for close-to-due-date inspections 

Version 2.2.4 brings greater agility and organization to the inspection routine: now, each characteristic displays a deadline icon directly on screen to indicate when there is a pending execution. 

The system also highlights the next characteristic to be inspected with an automatic alert icon. By hovering the mouse over this icon, it is possible to view the exact date and time of the next execution. 

Thus, priority tasks are displayed more clearly, without the need to open each item. These improvements make for a more agile activity planning, ensuring punctuality in inspection cycles.

 

Sample code highlighted in the receiving 

In the new version, the sample code is displayed directly on screen, during receiving inspections based on a sampling plan. 

This information, which was not visible at this stage, now appears next to the lot size and promotes greater clarity as to the applied inspection level. 

This feature makes the process more transparent, facilitating decision-making with agility and security.

Likewise, the sample code is displayed on screen, next to the lot size, during the execution of production inspections based on a sampling plan. 

With the code displayed, it is easier to understand the applied inspection level, which favors informed decisions in the process.

 

New icon to indicate steps under approval 

Seeking to make the display of approval statuses clearer and more intuitive, version 2.2.4 features a default icon for all steps under approval, replacing the various symbols previously used.

With this standardization, visual reading becomes simpler and more consistent, making it easier to track the whole process.

 

New main screen for the Evaluation group and Shift menus, with a modern design and smart resources

Version 2.2.4 of SoftExpert Suite presents a new main screen: more modern, standardized, and practical.

With optimized filters and a new listing, records are easier to view and manage.

Now, it is possible to create a new item from scratch, import a template, use the "Ask AI" option, or even use a REST API to automate the process.

This screen also allows for exporting data from lists in a format that can be reused in other environments of the system.

Moreover, it is possible to edit records individually, change statuses, or delete multiple items all at once.

All this is meant for streamlining the routine and making management even more efficient.

The "Ask AI" resource will only be available in the Shift menu and for customers that have the license for SoftExpert Copilot.

 

 

Association structure centralized and improved

As of this version, the way to associate objects among components is much more practical.

Before, these associations used to be performed in different tabs and sections, slowing down the process.

Now, everything is centralized in a new section called Associations, which gathers, in one single screen, all the association types available for the component. Simply choose the type and the desired object to create links quickly and clearly, without the need to exit or close the screen.

Records are organized by association type (Associated, Created, Created by), with filter options and display mode as a list or card. It is also possible to create new records directly from this screen — such as a new asset or even a workflow —, which further facilitates the integration among the components and brings agility to the day-to-day routine.
