New translation interface
In this version of SoftExpert Administration, the translation interface aims to make users' routine easier!
Now, each language is separated by a tab containing translation filters and the automatic translation feature.
With this update, you ensure a more efficient translation management, with a clear view of content and values:

This new resource is available to organizations that have SoftExpert Copilot.
Company and document association
Now, in SoftExpert Suite, it is possible to create several objects deriving from a company, such as:
- Manufacturer
- Transporter
- Customer
- Supplier
- Educational entity
- Audit organization
Up until version 2.2.3, a document could be associated with or disassociated from a company directly through the data screen of the objects listed above.
Thus, users could associate a document with a company via the manufacturer data screen, and then view or disassociate that document within the data screen of other objects.
As of version 2.2.4, documents associated with a company can only be added or removed directly from the company data screen.
On the manufacturer data screen, in its turn, it is still possible to associate and disassociate documents, but now the association will be performed directly with the manufacturer, not with the company anymore.
Menus centralized in the Administration component
This change intends to unify information, prevent duplicity, and make navigation simpler, quicker, and more intuitive.
This new resource is designed to improve, standardize, and facilitate record management in the system. In this version, several menus have been centralized in the SoftExpert Administration component.
See the menus removed from the components and now centralized:
- Defect: removed from Maintenance, SPC, FMEA, Supply, PDM, and Process.
- Cause: removed from Maintenance, SPC, FMEA, Supply, PDM, Risk, and Process.
- Resource type: removed from Time control and Process.
- Measurement unit: removed from Storeroom, PDM, Risk, Performance, Maintenance, SPC, FMEA, Supply, and Process.
- Controlled directory: removed from Document and PDM.
New main screen with a modern design and smart resources
Version 2.2.4 of SoftExpert Suite presents a new main screen – more modern, standardized, and practical – for the following menus:
- Activity (AD001)
- Authority/Responsibility (AD023)
- Experience (AD024)
- Educational level (AD025)
- Timestamp (AD050)
- Defect (AD071)
With optimized filters and a new listing, records are easier to view and manage. Now, it is possible to create a new item from scratch, import a template, and use the "Ask AI" option.
The screen also allows for exporting data from lists in a format that can be reused in other environments of the system. Moreover, it is possible to edit records individually, change statuses, or delete multiple items all at once.
All this is meant for streamlining the routine and making management even more efficient.
The "Ask AI" resource will only be available to customers that have the license for SoftExpert Copilot.
