Integration between SoftExpert Suite components in the system activity

From this version onwards, a new mode of integration has been made available for the SoftExpert Suite components and the process system activity. 

On this version, it is possible to start workflows, create Kanban tasks, and add articles to a knowledge base using information collected in forms, attributes, and instance data.

These SoftExpert Suite applications can be configured through the system activity, without the need to create external data sources. 

After performing the operation, the created record is automatically associated with the current instance.

Process execution heat map

Now, in process view, it is possible to display the instance execution heat map over the flowchart. 

It allows highlighting the most accessed routes, enabling users to make business decisions, understand exceptions, and facilitate the continuous improvement of the process. 

The heat map allows viewing the performance at each step of the process, enabling users to check which step is used the most and to predict failures that may lead to a decrease in execution time.

Watermark in documents sent through the message event

In the configuration of the message events of the SoftExpert Process component, it is possible to define that the associated documents will be sent as an attachment. 

Electronic files of the documents will be sent with the uncontrolled copy watermark.

Restrict categories in the requirements

In the configuration of requirements of the document type, the allowed categories can be defined. 

Only documents in these categories can be selected to fill out the requirement.
