Capture in Linux
From this version onwards, the SoftExpert Capture recognition and indexing service will be available in Linux, eliminating the need for a Windows server to execute SoftExpert Capture services.
New recognition profile rules
New processing rules have been made available in the SoftExpert Capture recognition profile.
Thus, it is possible to use a recognized index and break its value into other indexes, facilitating the value recognition and making it more visible for users in the capture batch.
FTP monitoring to generate capture batch
In addition to monitoring a folder or an e-mail, it is now possible to monitor FTP to generate new SoftExpert Capture batches.
Thus, the customer can disclose the files digitalized in an FTP so that SoftExpert Capture can connect to it and search for the files to generate new batches.
It will be possible to use the FTP, SFTP, and FTPS protocols.
Acquiring, configuring, and monitoring the FTP service will be up to the customer that wishes to use the service.
Operations on multiple images in the capture batch
It is now possible to perform some operations when selecting multiple images in the capture batch, such as rotating images, checking invalid images, and deleting desired pages, fastening the work during the capture process.
