Finishing a requirement audit

 

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Execution > Audit execution (AU013) menu.
  • Access to the My tasks > Audit > Audit execution menu.
  • Audit under execution.

 

Introduction

After evaluating all the requirements and objects associated in the audit scope structure, it is possible to finish the requirement audit.

See how to perform this operation:

 

Finishing a requirement audit

1. Access the Execution > Audit execution (AU013) menu or the My tasks > Audit > Audit execution menu.

2. Select the audit you wish to finish.

3. Click on the arrow next to the button and select the Record data option.

4. Use the options available on the screen to complement the data, view the history, and issue reports for the audit:

Comment tab

In this tab, it is possible to add comments about the audit. 

It is available in all the steps configured for the audit and allows the responsible parties to interact and share information in a practical and quick manner.

 
 

Documentation > Form section

If forms have been associated in the audit category to complement the information, the Form tab will be displayed in the Documentation section.

It contains the forms to be filled out.

If the associated form has fields set as required, it will not be possible to close the execution of the audit without filling them in.

 
 
 

History tab

In this tab, it is possible to view the history of the steps through which the audit has gone.

It allows for tracking how much time the audit stayed in each one of the steps, in addition to showing the cases in which the audit had to return to previous steps for data correction.

 
 

Audit result section

By clicking on this section, it is possible to access the Audit result screen in order to view and edit inserted results.

 
 

Survey tab

In this tab, it is possible to associate surveys with the working paper. Surveys are associated as evidence for the audit and do not substitute the structure and evaluation in the working paper.

Use the buttons available on the side toolbar:

Click on this button to associate a survey already created in the system with the audit.
Click on this button to disassociate the survey selected in the list of records.
Click on this button to view the data of the survey selected in the list of records.

Report section

By clicking on this section, it is possible to generate reports for the audit being executed.

 
 

5. Access the General data tab.

6. In the Schedule section, enter the actual end date in the Execution field.

7. Click on the Send to next step button and confirm the operation.

 

Conclusion

According to the configurations applied to the category, after the audit is executed, it may go through the closure step or be finished automatically.
