Finishing a requirement audit

Introduction

After evaluating all the requirements and objects associated in the audit scope structure, it is possible to finish the requirement audit.

See how to perform this operation:

 

Finishing a requirement audit

1. Access the Audit (AU001) menu or the Task center > Audit > Audit execution menu.

2. Locate the audit and right-click on it.

3. Select the Open data option.

The "Audit data" screen is open in the General data section.

4. Use the options available on the screen to complement the data, view the history, and issue reports for the audit:

Comment

In this tab, it is possible to add comments about the audit. 

It is available in all the steps configured for the audit and allows the responsible parties to interact and share information in a practical and quick manner.

Attachment

In this tab, it is possible to add files, such as images, documents, and URLs.

 
 

History

In this tab, it is possible to view the history of the steps through which the audit has gone.

It allows for tracking how much time the audit stayed in each one of the steps, in addition to showing the cases in which the audit had to return to previous steps for data correction.

The "Audit data" screen is open in the History section.
 
 

Associations

In this tab, it is possible to associate records from the Document, Kanban, Survey, and Meeting modules.

 
 

Report

By clicking on this tab, it is possible to generate reports for the audit that is being executed.

The "Generate report" screen is open, with the fields completed.
 
 

5. Access the General data tab.

6. In the Execution section, fill in the Actual end date field.

7. Click on the Send to next step button and confirm the operation.

User following the steps described above to finalize the audit.

 

Conclusion

According to the configurations applied to the category, after the audit is executed, it may go through the closure step or be finished automatically.
