Prerequisites

• Access to the Process (PM063) menu.
• AI Features permission enabled in the SoftExpert Configuration > Configuration > Access group (CM011) menu.

Introduction

With the With AI agent option, it is possible to use artificial intelligence to create BPMN processes with the flow modeled through commands in natural language.

The resource allows generating complex processes by providing simple instructions through a chat with AI, which carries out the modeling automatically.

Creating a process using AI

1. Access the Process (PM063) menu.

2. Click on the +Create button and select the With AI agent option.

3. In the chat that will open, select one of the available suggestions or enter a description for the process you wish to create. 

4. Click on the Send button. Wait a few moments while the AI ​​generates the requested process.

5. Use the scroll bar to check the generated process. If necessary, click on the Zoom in button to view the created flowchart.

6. If the generated process does not meet your expectation, click on the button for the artificial intelligence to provide another answer option. If the process is suitable, click on the Create a new process option.

Conclusion

All done! The process will be created automatically by the artificial intelligence and will be available for use in the system.

The chat only handles the creation and modeling of the process. To perform additional configurations, such as enabling automation, it is necessary to access its data and make the adjustments manually.
