Tracking SoftExpert Suite jobs
Prerequisite
- Access to the Configuration > Monitoring > Job queue (CM020) menu.
Introduction
The Configuration component provides a menu that displays a list with the executions of the various SoftExpert Suite jobs, which allows for tracking their statuses.
Job monitoring is imperative to ensure the proper functioning of the system and the continuity of automated operations, as it allows for detecting failures, delays, or interruptions in the processes, thus enabling a quick response in order to prevent system performance or user experience from being impacted.

Tracking SoftExpert Suite jobs
1. Access the Configuration > Monitoring > Job queue (CM020) menu.
2. The list of records will display the executions of the jobs. If necessary, use the Search filters to locate a specific execution.
3. Click on the button to view the data screen of the job selected in the list of records The screen that is displayed will present the general information of the jobs, the status of their execution, the parameters they use (if any), and the record concerning execution errors (if any).
