Analyze a scorecard
Graph analyses allow creating customized indicator charts.
This topic will teach you to analyze a scorecard.
For that, simply follow the steps below:
1st step: Create a graph analysis type
The graph analysis type is a graph analysis grouper.
To create a graph analysis type, access the ST042 menu and click on the button:
On the screen that will be opened, fill out the ID # and Name fields as displayed in the image below:
Once done, click on the button.
The graph analysis type has been created.
2nd step: Create a graph analysis
To create a graph analysis, access the ST011 menu, click on the arrow next to the button and select the "Graph analysis" option.
Then, select the previously created graph analysis type.
On the screen that will be opened, enter an ID # and a name for the graph data.
Then, click on the button to save the information and enable new configuration options.
In the Element/indicator field, select the "Profit" indicator created in the Adding an indicator to the structure step.
In View frequency, check the "Monthly" field and,, in Columns, select the "Target" and "Measurement" options.
Once done, click on the button.
After adding the indicators, it is possible to edit the chart, changing colors, series names, and chart type.
To do that, simply select the desired graph analysis and click on the button.
The analysis has been successfully created for the scorecard!
