Correcting a test
Prerequisites
- Test created and structured with defined respondents.
- Test with manual correction.
- Access to the Execution > Survey response (SV008) menu or to the My tasks > Survey correction menu.
Introduction
Tests can be corrected automatically or manually.
“Automatic” correction is performed for single-selection and multiple-selection questions; thus, the system corrects the questions automatically.
“Manual” correction, on the other hand, is performed by the defined responsible user. During the correction step, once the questions are answered, said user will receive the Survey correction to-do task in order to correct the descriptive questions of the test.
See how to perform this operation below:
Correcting a test
1. Access the My tasks > Survey correction menu.
2. Select the desired record and click on the button.
3. On the screen that will open, correct the test. The “Correct answer”, “Partially correct answer”, and “Wrong answer” options will be presented. If you select “Partially correct answer”, enter the answer score that will be used to calculate the final score of the test.
4. After correcting the test, click on Finish.
5. The final score of the test will be displayed. Answer the question “Wish to finish correction?” with Confirm to finish the correction.
Conclusion
Thus, the test is now corrected. If it has an end date, simply wait for it to be closed automatically. Otherwise, it must be closed manually. Access the Finishing and closing a test article to learn more.
