Correcting a test

Gear icon that leads to the survey type configuration step, where the survey settings are defined. Document with pencil icon, that leads to the Create test step, where the user can start creating a new test. Flowchart icon, that leads to the Structure test step, where the test structure is organized. Add people icon, that leads to the define respondents step, where the survey participants are selected.
Checkmark icon that leads to the enable test for responses step, where the user activates the test functionality. Pencil inside a square icon, that leads to the Respond to test step, where the user provides the required answers. Double checkmark icon that leads to the test correction step, where the test is reviewed and adjusted as needed. Pencil and padlock icon that leads to the test closure step, where the test is finalized and the results are saved.

 

Prerequisites

  • Test created and structured with defined respondents.
  • Test with manual correction.
  • Access to the Execution > Survey response (SV008) menu or to the My tasks > Survey correction menu.

 

Introduction

Tests can be corrected automatically or manually. 

“Automatic” correction is performed for single-selection and multiple-selection questions; thus, the system corrects the questions automatically.

“Manual” correction, on the other hand, is performed by the defined responsible user. During the correction step, once the questions are answered, said user will receive the Survey correction to-do task in order to correct the descriptive questions of the test.

Correcting a test

1. Access the My tasks > Survey correction menu.

2. Select the desired record and click on the Execution icon. button. 

3. On the screen that will open, correct the test. The “Correct answer”, “Partially correct answer”, and “Wrong answer” options will be presented. If you select “Partially correct answer”, enter the answer score that will be used to calculate the final score of the test. 

4. After correcting the test, click on Finish

5. The final score of the test will be displayed. Answer the question “Wish to finish correction?” with Confirm to finish the correction.

User following the steps described above to perform the correction of a test.

 

Conclusion
