Enabling a test to be answered
Prerequisites
- Test created and structured with defined respondents.
- Access to the Execution > Survey execution (SV028), Management > Survey planning (SV005), or My tasks > Survey execution menu.
Introduction
After creating a survey in “Test” mode, structuring it, and defining its respondents, we must enable it to be answered.
This step can be performed via the Execution > Survey execution (SV028) or My tasks > Survey execution menu.
See how to perform this operation below:
Executing the test
1. Access the Execution > Survey execution (SV028) menu or the My tasks > Survey execution menu.
2. Select the desired record and click on the button to execute the test.
3. On the screen that will open, enter the execution Start date in the Actual section.
4. In the Correction section, define whether the test will be corrected automatically by the system or manually by a responsible party.
5. Make sure that the Section tab and the Respondent tab are filled out correctly.
6. Click on Save.
7. Then, click on the Enable answers button.
8. After that, the system will ask if you wish to enable the test to be answered. Click on Confirm.
Correction
To properly configure the Correction section, choose between the “Automatic” and “Manual” options.
If you choose “Manual”, enter the party responsible for the correction in the Responsible user field and fill in the Deadline (days) field with the time available for the responsible party to make the correction. Finally, enable the desired features:
- Anonymous correction: Available only for the “Manual” option, this feature prevents the information provided by the user responsible for the correction from being displayed.
- Allow correction viewing: If checked, it will be possible to view the correction of the answers once the test ends.
- Allow viewing response score: If checked, it will be possible to view the final score achieved in the answer.
It is important to note that manual correction can only be performed for descriptive questions. Single-selection and multiple-selection questions are corrected automatically.
Conclusion
Thus, the test is enabled to be answered and can be filled out.
