Configuring a category for audit projects

Prerequisites

  • Active license for SoftExpert Audit and SoftExpert Project.
  • Access to the Configuration > Audit > Category (AU029) menu.
  • Previously created requirement audit or risk and control plan audit.

Introduction

The system allows for defining that audits will be executed through projects, which are created in SoftExpert Project.

Executing audits by means of projects allows for a more detailed control over deadlines, resources, deliveries, and responsibilities, favoring a thorough audit management from start to finish.

To this end, the form of execution must be configured in the audit category.

See how to perform this operation:

Configuring a category for audit projects

1. Access the Configuration > Audit > Category (AU029) menu.

2. Select the category you wish to configure and click on the button.

3. Access the Step tab.

4. In the Form of execution field, select the Project option.

5. Click on the button.

Once the Project option is selected, the remaining configurations available in the Step tab will be disabled.

See more details on creating and configuring categories for requirement audits and for risk and control plan audits.

Conclusion

All done! With the configurations saved, it is possible to use the category to create audit projects in the system.
