Prerequisites

• Access to the Execution> Scorecard Execution (ST014) menu.
• Structure of the previously defined scorecard.

Introduction

The Scorecard execution menu allows you to monitor, in detail, the execution of scorecards registered in SoftExpert Performance.

Through it, it is possible to track elements and indicators, view target values, measurements, variations and scores, supplement information in the records, and perform operations related to targets and measurements.

This article will demonstrate how to monitor the execution of a scorecard.

Monitor scorecard execution

1. Access the Execution > Scorecard Execution (ST014) menu.

2. A list of available scorecards will be displayed, either those without revision or those whose current revision has been approved, for monitoring purposes.

3. The following buttons are available in the toolbar and can be used to monitor the scorecard: 

	It allows access to the execution and detailed monitoring of the selected scorecard.
	It allows you to enter measurement values ​​and additional indicator fields without accessing the scorecard structure.

4. Select the desired scorecard and click one of the buttons.

Scorecard

The scorecard structure will be displayed, allowing you to view and make the necessary edits to the hierarchy of elements and indicators that make up the scorecard. 

 

 

Measurement input

The screen for entering measurement values ​​into the indicator will be displayed.

In My Indicators, all indicators for which the logged-in user has the Target and/or Measurement controls enabled in their security settings are listed.

In Scorecard, the structure of scorecard elements and indicators is displayed, including those for which the logged-in user does not have permission to add a goal or measurement.
