Introduction

SoftExpert Performance allows you to calculate the accumulated values ​​of indicators and scorecards in two ways: simultaneous calculation of all scorecards in the system and manual calculation of indicators for a specific scorecard.

These operations are mainly used when the scorecard is configured for manual calculation or when it is necessary to update the results after adjustments to goals, measurements, formulas, or structure.

This article will demonstrate how to perform a scorecard calculation.

Perform scorecard calculation

1. Access the Execution > Scorecard calculation (ST013) menu.

2. Click the button (Run calculations).

3. To perform the simultaneous calculation of all scorecards, click the button (Calculate all scorecards) and the calculation will be performed.

4. To perform the calculation of a specific scorecard, select it and access the calculation execution screen via the (Execute calculations) button.

5. Fill in the available fields:

• Scorecard: displays the previously selected scorecard, but it can be changed manually.
• Initial year: specify the initial year that will be considered in the calculation of the indicators.
• Final year: specify the final year that will be considered in the calculation of the indicators.

6. Click the Calculate button to start processing.

7. After execution, the accumulated values ​​of the indicators for the specified period will be recalculated.
