Introduction

A service center defines the people responsible for executing calibration activities, making it easier to identify the team that has worked on previous tasks and locate the responsible contact.

Configuring service centers is crucial for managing technicians' timesheets and for checking how activities are distributed through resources control.

Third-party service centers are used when the calibration activity is executed by service providers.

Remember to check the Third-party service center option in the record to indicate that the service center does not belong to the organization. This configuration determines the actions of the Resource tab.
