Filling out a subjective table

Prerequisites

Introduction

A subjective table allows for identifying the non-measurable characteristics of an asset, described by names (qualities), that is, those that cannot be measured with numeric values.

A subjective table is filled out during the execution of a calibration activity. To be filled out, the table must have been properly added to the standard activity of the calibration that will be executed.

The resources and points presented in the subjective table vary according to the configuration set at the time of its creation.

Filling out a subjective table

1. Access the My tasks > Maintenance > Activity execution menu.

2. Select the desired calibration activity and click on the button.

3. Click on the Calibration > Measurement option from the top toolbar.

4. In the Measurement tab, select the subjective-type table and click on the button.

5. On the screen that will open, in the Result field, select whether the calibration is approved or rejected as to the subjective characteristic that the table represents.

The I.bias field is displayed when the Schumacher frequency option is configured in the calibration. In this case, the field will show the initial bias of the calibration, that is, the pre-calibration values that can be used to approve or reject the calibration.

6. In the Comments field, write general notes about the reading.

7. Click on the button to save the record.

Conclusion

Once all tables of the calibration activity are filled out, it will be completed and can be closed. Click here and return to the main article if you need help closing the activity.
