Prerequisites

  • Previously created process mining analysis.
  • Access to the Predictive analysis (DL001) menu.

Introduction

In process mining, each completed workflow instance generates an execution path called variant

The variant explorer groups and presents these variants, indicating the frequency of occurrence, the average processing time, and the deviations among them, which facilitates the identification of bottlenecks and alternative routes.

Additionally, the conformity analysis compares each execution of the process with the route considered valid, applying violation rules, such as undesired activities, exceeded deadlines, or execution of steps by the same user, and highlighting critical deviations.
