Prerequisites

• SoftExpert Copilot as part of the solutions acquired by the organization.                  
• Cloud-hosted SoftExpert Suite environment.
• Access the Settings menu > Integration Center (COP010).

Presentation

In the Data Lab tab, available in the Copilot Integration Center, you can configure the KPI forecasting and process mining APIs, solutions from the SoftExpert Data Lab component .

• KPI forecasting: anticipates trends in sequential data, such as sales and number of customers, and is integrated with SoftExpert Performance.
• Process Mining: analyzes event logs to improve process efficiency, integrating with SoftExpert Workflow.

This article outlines the procedure for configuring the APIs of these solutions.

Configure KPI forecasting API

1. To configure, go to the Settings menu > Integration Center (COP010).

2. Click on the Data lab tab.

3. In the KPI Forecasts grouping , enter the server address and click Validate API.

Configure process mining API

1. To configure, go to the Settings menu > Integration Center (COP010).

2. Click on the Data lab tab.

3. In the Process Mining group , enter the server address and click Validate API.
