In SoftExpert Forms, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is applied to responsive forms to:

• Analyze the context and automatically fill in the form fields.
• Automatically translate the fields.
• Perform sentiment analysis on texts.

In general, to use these features, it is necessary to create a rule and associate it with a specific element of the form. When the rule is executed, it will be triggered and will call the REST data source; the return from this service will populate the corresponding field with information or sentiment analysis.
