Presentation

After planning an evaluation cycle, it is necessary to move it to the next stage. This action marks the end of the planning phase and makes the cycle available for the start of the evaluation execution.

The finalization procedure ensures that all cycle definitions, such as collaborators, participants, assessed competencies, goals (when applicable), and other parameters, are consolidated before being made available to evaluators and those being evaluated.

Finalize assessment planning

1. Access the Management > Evaluation Planning (CO008) menu .

2. In the second quadrant, select the desired evaluation plan.

3. In the third quadrant, select the planning cycle to be completed and click the button .

4. On the screen that opens, click the Save button and proceed to the next step .

5. The system will display a message asking if you want to send the cycle to the next step:

• OK : Planning will be completed and the cycle will be available for execution to begin.
• Cancel: the cycle will remain in the Planning status .

6. Next, the cycle can proceed to the following stages:

• Preparation : If the "Requires competency assessment preparation" option is enabled in the General Definitions section of the plan, the responsible parties will be notified via email and the system will send the assessment plan to the Execution > Assessment Preparation (CO010) menu for the responsible parties to carry out this operation.
• Evaluation plan execution : If the evaluation plan does not have evaluation preparation configured, the evaluations will be sent to the appropriate evaluators, who will then execute them via the Execution > Evaluation Execution (CO009) menu .
