Prerequisites

• Pre-configured evaluation plan cycle.
• Access the Execution menu > Evaluation plan execution (CO009).

Presentation

Closing the evaluation plan cycle formalizes the end of the evaluations carried out during the period configured for the cycle. This closure can occur automatically or manually, as defined in the cycle settings.

If the option “Allow automatic termination of the assessment plan when all assessments are completed”, available in the General settings subsection of the assessment plan data settings, is enabled, the system will automatically terminate the cycle execution after the assessments are completed.

Otherwise, the cycle must be manually terminated by the responsible party. See below how to perform this operation:

Terminate execution manually

1. Access the Execution menu > Evaluation plan execution (CO009) .

2. Locate and select the desired assessment plan from the list of records in the second quadrant.

3. In the list of records in the third quadrant, select the cycle whose execution you wish to terminate. Cycles with the status "Executing" can be identified by the icon displayed in column S.

4. Next, click the button in the sidebar toolbar.

5. In the General Data section, fill in the End Date field in the Execution section with the date on which the cycle is being closed.

6. Next, click the Save and Next Step button . The system will ask if you want to send the plan to the next step. Click the desired option:

• Save only: allows you to save the evaluation plan execution data and keep it in "Execution" status. The evaluation plan can also be closed using the Evaluation Plan Execution task .
• Confirm: Allows you to close the execution of the evaluation plan cycle. The evaluation plan can only be successfully closed if all evaluations related to it have also been closed.
  

  If, during the registration of the evaluation plan, it is defined that the frequency of execution of the evaluation plan will be based on the "Execution Date", after the plan is closed, the system will generate the task " Opening of the evaluation plan" for the responsible parties.

  If the configured frequency type is "Uncontrolled Frequency", it will be possible to include a new execution cycle in the planning or execution menus.
