This topic will teach you to create a survey from a template.

To do that, simply follow the steps below:

1st step: Select the survey template

The main objective of the survey template is to display an option with previously created information to plan or execute a survey.

To plan a survey, access the SV005 menu.

Click on the button and select the Survey from a template option; search for the survey template created in the previous topic, select it and save.

2nd step: Create the survey under planning

After selecting the template, the survey data screen will be opened. In it, fill out the name, the start date and time and the end date and time planned for the survey.

The ID # field is filled out by the system with a sequential number, and the Responsible user field is filled out with the data of the logged user.

These fields can be edited, but it is important to have access to the responsible user.

Once done, click on the Save option on the toolbar.

Next, click on the Save and next step option that will be displayed.

The survey has been planned!

The survey status will be "To be started" until the execution is started. See further details in the "Execute a survey" topic.
