SoftExpert App builder was designed to make it easier to develop customized products for your company.

The component allows you to develop applications tailored to the specific needs of your business. Each product can be enriched with a variety of menus, enabling an effective organization of workflows and related information.

Within each application, you can configure process menus that will be used to start workflows. For example, in a travel request application, you can create a menu to initiate the corresponding processes, simplifying the tracking and management of this procedure.

In addition to process menus, auxiliary menus can also be created using data from form tables. This provides additional flexibility for managing specific information.

The data recorded in the tables can be used in two ways:

The first is as data for the forms associated with the processes in the process menu. In this case, you can register items in the tables to be used in the value lists of these forms, making it easier to fill them out and standardizing the information.

The second is as a way to record and manage items independently, without the need for a workflow. For example, the user can create an inventory table and use the menu it is linked to in order to register products directly, as well as edit them whenever necessary.

In short, auxiliary menus allow for a more efficient and integrated visualization and management of data.
