Creating tasks using the wizard
1. Access the Management > Task planning (TC008) menu.
2. Expand the Create button and select the "Create task using wizard" option.
3. On the screen that will open, select one of the available creation modes:
- Blank task: it creates a new task. To this end, it is necessary to define the task type, the name, the responsible parties, the duration planned for the task, etc.
- From existing task: it creates a new task based on another nonproject task. To this end, it is necessary to select a nonproject task and enter the other data of the task being created. In the Copy options section of the data step, it is possible to check the elements you wish to copy from the record used as basis to create the task.

Recurrence: it creates a recurring task based on another nonproject task. To this end, it is necessary to select a nonproject task and enter the other data of the task being created. Enable the Create under execution option so that the task is created in the execution step. In the recurrence step, it is necessary to configure some sections described below:
- Recurrence pattern: it selects the task recurrence frequency.
- Range of recurrence: it sets the start and end dates for the recurrence.
4. Fill in the required fields and click on Next to move on to the next record creation step.
5. After providing all necessary information in the steps, click on Finish.
6. To view the created task, click on the Task data button in the summary step or go to the task planning menu.
