The classification configuration allows you to structure and organize inputs and items into hierarchical categories, facilitating the recording, standardization, and retrieval of information. 

With this feature, the organization can define classes and subclasses that group similar records according to technical, functional, or management criteria. 

This structure ensures consistency in records, simplifies searches, and improves the traceability of inputs in control processes, reviews, and audits.

Here's how to set up the following classification:

Configure classification

1. Access the Settings > Classification menu .

2. Click the button to add a rating.

3. On the screen that will open, enter the identifier and the name .

4. In the Superior Type field , indicate the hierarchically superior record.

5. Finally, click the button to save the changes.
