Prioritize initiatives
Prerequisites
- Initiatives registered and evaluated.
- Access to the Management > Initiative prioritization (PF009) menu.
Overview
Prioritization makes it possible to order initiatives based on the result of the quantitative evaluation, so that the organization can view the most promising proposals and make decisions more easily.
In order to create records in the Management > Initiative prioritization (PF009) menu, the registered initiatives must have been evaluated.
See below how to prioritize initiatives:
Prioritize initiatives
1. Access the Management > Initiative prioritization (PF009) menu.
2. Click the
button to add a record.
3. On the screen that opens, enter the identifier and name of the record.
4. Click the
button to enable the other tabs.
5. On the Initiative tab, click the
button to select initiatives that have already been evaluated.
6. Use the
button in the side toolbar to prioritize the initiatives according to the quantitative result. The system performs this sorting automatically in descending order.
7. If desired, you can manually adjust the order defined by the system in the previous step using the
and
buttons.

Conclusion
In this way, it is possible to view the ranking of the initiatives that are most suitable and aligned with the evaluation method. It is important to clarify that prioritization does not replace initiative approval. After the evaluation of an initiative is completed, the usage flow still consists of its approval and, finally, its execution.
