Review initiatives
Prerequisites
- Initiative previously registered, evaluated, and approved.
- Access to the Execution > Initiative record (PF010) menu.
Overview
After an initiative has gone through its usage flow, that is, after it has been registered, evaluated, and approved by those responsible for each step, it can be revised.
Through the Execution > Initiative record (PF010) menu, the finalized initiative is available so that it can be changed as needed.
See below how to review an initiative:
Review initiatives
1. Access to the Execution > Initiative record (PF010) menu.
2. Select the finalized initiative and click the
button to edit it.
3. On the screen that opens, click the initiative’s Save button to open the new revision.
4. At this point, feel free to modify some general data of the initiative.
5. After making the changes, click Save and exit to store them. The system will ask whether the record should be sent to the next step. After it is sent, the initiative usage flow will restart, including the evaluation, approval, and execution steps.

Conclusion
In this way, completed initiatives can be reviewed, allowing previously registered information and data to be updated. An initiative that has started the review process, even if it has not been changed, will generate a new record with the same identifier and name as the initiative.
