Presentation

In addition to viewing the data within the system itself, SoftExpert Analytics allows you to export the views in different formats, such as Excel spreadsheets (in .xlsx format) or images (in .png format) of the charts. 

This feature is useful for sharing information with people who do not have access to the system, incorporating reports into presentations, and maintaining external records, thus expanding the reach and use of the generated analyses.

Exporting vision data

1. Access the menu Registration > Analysis Panel (AN003).

2. Locate and select the analysis dashboard whose views you want to export.

3. In the third quadrant of the screen, select the view and click the button .

4. In the chart display area, click the button .

5. Choose how you want to export the view data and click the Export button. An .xlsx or .png file will be saved to your computer.
