Prerequisite

• Access to the Configuration > Access group (CM011) menu.

Introduction

To make changes to portals, such as creating, editing, copying and sharing them, as well as accessing audit trails, the appropriate permissions must be configured through the Configuration >Access group (CM011) menu. 

In some cases, specific permissions on portal sharing configuration are required.

Defining permissions

1. Access the Configuration > Access group (CM011) menu.

2. Select the License key to which the user belongs.

3. Click on the button.

4. On the screen that will open, access the Other permissions section.

5. In this section, enable or disable the permissions related to the Home, the Menu shortcuts, and the Portals.
