During manual consensus evaluation, the system provides additional resources that allow the evaluator to access relevant information about the employee's performance. 

Depending on the settings defined in the plan cycle, it is possible to view responses from the career and succession assessment, answer supplementary questionnaires, consult associated indicators, attach files, and generate reports. The way to access these functionalities varies depending on whether one or multiple employees are selected at the time of the assessment.

View performance results

1. In the Execution > Evaluation Execution (CO011) menu , locate the evaluation plan grouping and select the evaluator type corresponding to the consensus evaluation.

2. Next, select the employee(s) whose evaluation you wish to analyze.

3. Click the button Edit iconon the toolbar. The system will display the consensus evaluation screen, according to the number of selected collaborators.

4. On the evaluation screen, it will be possible to view the evaluation results, the answers to the supplementary questionnaire, the files attached to the evaluation, the data of indicators associated with the employee, etc.

5. After reviewing the information and registering the consensus, click Save and next step . The system will check for any outstanding issues before allowing you to proceed to the next step.

  • Pending development plan : if the "Allow development plan creation" option is enabled and there is no defined Individual Development Plan (IDP), the system will request confirmation.
    • Save only : returns to the evaluation for plan creation.
    • Yes: it generates the task of creating the plan and sends the evaluation to the next stage.
  • Pending feedback : If the "Allow employee feedback" option is enabled and no feedback has been recorded, the system will request confirmation.
    • Save only : returns to the screen to record the feedback.
    • Yes : it generates the feedback task and forwards the evaluation to the next step.
  • No pending issues : the system will request confirmation that the evaluation has been completed.
    • Save only : keeps the evaluation open.
    • Confirm : closes the evaluation, updates the employee's profile and, if configured, generates the Evaluation Result Knowledge task .
    • If the "Release results only after feedback" option is enabled, the task will only be generated after the feedback process is complete. If there is a scheduled date for releasing the results, the update will only occur on that date.
  • Other impediments : the system will display messages instructing you to rectify the situation before proceeding to the next step.

7. The evaluation can also be completed using the Finish button in the details panel or the Next step button on the main screen.

8. If the option "Allow automatic termination of the assessment plan when all assessments are completed" is enabled, the cycle will end as soon as all assessments are finished.
