Analytics - 2.2.4
Visible stacked-data totals
Understanding data composition has become simpler: now, it is possible to view totals directly on stacked charts, which dispenses with the need for creating additional visions or summing values manually.
The new Display sum of stacked data option can be enabled in the Customize menu, Series option, providing a clearer and complete view with just one click.

Compressed display of large numbers
To facilitate the reading of very high values, the system now provides the option of compressing them in visions of the number type.
This feature allows extensive values, such as 148,463,573,353, to be automatically formatted with conventional abbreviations, displaying, for example, 148.5B. The values receive suffixes, such as M (million) and B (billion), in order to be displayed more clearly and objectively, which facilitates their interpretation.
The configuration is simple: just check Compress numbers when formatting numbers or currencies.
The option of choosing a fixed unit is still available.

Automation in the management of obsolete materializations
The new version automates the deactivation of obsolete materializations, preventing analyses that are not being used or that have continuous errors from keeping consuming server resources.
In version 2.2.4, two automatic routines have been introduced to deactivate analyses in the following scenarios:
- Materializations not being used: when the materialized table is not accessed by SoftExpert Suite, for example, in the course of 15 consecutive days.
- Materializations with recurring errors: when the analysis fails when trying to materialize, for example, in the course of 15 consecutive days.
- Analysis deactivation is reversible: if an analysis is reused in the future, simply reactivate it and adjust its configuration in order for it to work again.
- The criteria for deactivation due to lack of use or to recurring errors consider half of the value defined in the Materialization and vision visualization (Days) field, with 30 days being the default. This field can be accessed in Analytics > Configuration > General parameters (AN007) > History tab.
- If, in the course of 15 days, the materialized table is not accessed or presents consecutive failures, the analysis will be deactivated automatically.
- If necessary, this period can be adjusted to more than 30 days.
- Through the Analytics > Configuration > General parameters (AN007) menu, in the Performance section, it is possible to activate or deactivate the two routines using the Automatically inactivate analyses with recurring errors and Automatically inactivate unused analyses options.
