Uploading icons to customize the service catalog

To allow for greater variety in customizing organizational services, you can customize the icons of catalog services through icon upload. 

It is important to emphasize that the feature will be available only if the environment is configured to use the “S3” controlled directory.

New Process screen opened from the Process menu, displaying options to create a process using BPMN, Flowchart, Macroprocess, Import, or from a template, including the Request category.

 

Template processes for requests

Template processes that simulate the flow of requests have been made available to adapt to the new SoftExpert Process template process feature. They can be instantiated. 

Only document creation, maintenance creation, project creation, calibration record, output event, item order, document revision, action rescheduling, and document cancellation requests have had template processes released.

Overtime request discontinued

To centralize and simplify operations, it will no longer be possible to create requests with the “Timesheet” object type and “Overtime” operation. 

Now, all hours must be appointed through the Tools > Timesheet menu. This change facilitates the management of worked hours.

Deprecation warning: document keyword request discontinued in the product

As of version 2.2.3, with a view to simplifying and centralizing operations, it is no longer possible to issue requests with the Document object type and with the Keyword operation in the Request component.

Now, all keywords must be added directly to the document.
